Terms of Service

This website presents timepieces for enquiry. It does not provide a shopping cart, online checkout or online payment. Product availability, delivery, price and other transaction terms must be confirmed directly with HOURVELLA before an order is agreed.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions and prices current, but details may change. Photos used in collection and community sections can show different models and are identified as such. Ask our team to confirm the exact item details before agreeing to a transaction.

Delivery and returns

Please read our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Contact us before sending any item to a return address.
