Refund & Return Policy

Please contact HOURVELLA through our contact form before sending an item back. The company correspondence address shown on this site is not a return warehouse; our team will provide return instructions.

Return requests

Our previously published policy allowed return requests within 45 days of delivery. Items should generally be unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us with the item details and reason for the request so we can confirm the appropriate process.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change of mind or an incorrect selection, the customer generally pays return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, HOURVELLA will arrange a reasonable return method or cover reasonable return shipping. After receipt and inspection of an approved return, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method where possible, or another agreed method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
